Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle: market research, ideation, definition, development, validation, launch, and post-launch optimizations.
  • Define product requirements and translate them into clear PRDs and specifications for R&D and mechanical/electrical design teams.
  • Collaborate with clinical and regulatory affairs to support validation studies and submission processes.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to drive continuous product improvements.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for product-related decisions, balancing input from multiple stakeholders.
  • Ensure products meet performance, safety, and compliance standards across global markets.



 

Requirements


  • 4–5+ years of product management experience, preferably in aesthetics, beauty tech, or medical device industries (consumer or professional).
  • Direct experience with energy-based devices (RF, EMS, LED, ultrasound, etc.) – an advantage
  • Experience with at least one product that is both hardware and software-based.
  • Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience working closely with R&D, design, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in a corporate or structured product development environment is preferred.
  • Experience working with international distributors – a plus
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes (FDA, CE, NMPA) – an advantage
  • Comfortable working across clinical, regulatory, R&D, and commercial domains.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, life sciences, business, or similar).
  • Based locally with ability to work from office at least 4 days/week.
  • Fluent in English.
